Accomodations and Directions
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at that same venue, so once there you won't have to move anymore!
For whoever is coming by plane I would suggest to have a look at the flights as soon as possible as unfortunately they're already quite expensive (from London at least)
Regarding the accommodations, those are obviously just a few examples. If you wanna have a look on booking.com or airbnb.com I'm sure you can find hundreds more options with hotels, b&b's or flats.
Also, in the map at the bottom of the page you can find more hotel suggestions.
(At the venue)
Sangiorgio Resort SPA
Strada Provinciale Noha-Collepasso
73020, Cutrofiano, Lecce, Italy
+39 0836 542848
They have 19 rooms circa and full resort facilities (spa etc..).
Quite expensive but you won't have to move once there.
Hotel Hermitage (15 mins away)
Strada Provinciale 362 km., 18
73013 Galatina, Lecce, Italy
+39 0836 561200
My dad already booked several rooms there for my family coming down to the wedding. If you are interested in this one I can try and arrange the bookings so to get a better price.
Hotel Naitendi (10 mins away)
Via Aradeo, 65
73020 Cutrofiano, Lecce, Italy

AIRPORTS AND STATIONS
Salento Airport (Brindisi)
Contrada Baroncino, 72100 Brindisi BR, Italy
Closest airport, about 78km from the venue. From there you can either catch a bus to the train station and get a train to Lecce. From there you should be able to catch a local train to the town you picked the hotel at. The easiest way would probably be to rent a car. Car rentals shouldn't be very expensive down there.
Another option (probably the best one but I'm not sure on the costs) would be to speak with the hotel you book your room at (I know the Hermitage hotel, see accomodations, does this) and ask if they provide transportations from and to the airport.
Here's the link for the train tickets and timetables:
Trenitalia and car rentals at Brindisi and Bari airport (just change the location on the page) Car rentals
Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla
Viale Enzo Ferrari, 70128 Bari, Italy
Another airport that could be used even though it's quite far away (200km).
The reason why I've put it here it's because flights to Brindisi airport could be quite expensive.
In case you decide to go to Bari, from the airport (obviously there's always the car rental option) you'll have to get to the train station (cab or bus) and then jump on a train to Lecce. From Lecce you should then be able to catch a local train to the hotel.
If Bari is too expensive as well other airports could be Naples or Rome but then it'll end up being quite a trip.
